During this time, it is very important that you look after your mental health and get further support if you need it.
The Government has released new guidance, providing advice on how to take care of your mental health and wellbeing during the coronavirus outbreak.
About the Guidance
The guidance includes information and advice on the following:
- What can help you look after your mental health and wellbeing
- Practical issues – such as supplies, financial concerns, and providing care for others
- Where to get further support
- Advice for people with a pre-existing mental health condition and/or specific mental health needs
- Advice for specific groups – such as people with a learning disability, autism, older people, and people living with dementia
- Dealing with a mental health crisis or emergency
