About this event
The official theme this year is ‘loneliness’ and, across the week, we encourage you to build meaningful connections with your friends, family, colleagues and communities.
Loneliness affects many of us at one time or another, and it can be both the driver for and product of poor mental health.
Mental Health Awareness Week is all about supporting each other to understand and manage our mental health.
