Have you, or someone you care for, used Community Nursing services? We want to hear your views
Community Nursing provides invaluable 24/7 care to people in their own homes, or close to where they live, in clinics and GP practices across every village, town and city in England. They also provide outreach services to those who may or may not have a secure home. Examples of Community Nursing services include:
- End of life care
- Children with complex needs
- Wound care
- Catheter care
We are working with local Healthwatch in the East of England and NHS England to understand people's experiences of using Community Nursing services and to learn what is working well, and what could be made better.
